You agree to:

We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of such listings.
Event owners may request edits or removal via provided contact channels.
4.3 License to Use Content
By submitting content, you grant Meetups Map a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- host
- reproduce
- display
- distribute
- promote
- your content within the Service and related marketing.
- You retain ownership of your content.
5. Platform Role Disclaimer
Meetups Map acts solely as a neutral discovery platform.
We do not:
- conduct background checks;
- verify organizer identity;
- guarantee event quality, safety, or legitimacy;
- guarantee that events will occur as described.
- Participation in events occurs entirely at user risk.
6. Ranking and Algorithmic Decisions
Meetups Map may use algorithms to:
- rank events;
- recommend listings;
- personalize discovery;
- adjust visibility.
- We reserve the right to modify ranking logic, visibility rules, or recommendation systems at any time without notice.
- No user or organizer is guaranteed visibility or placement.
7. Paid Features
The Service may offer paid features including (but not limited to):
- promoted events;
- premium listings;
- increased visibility;
- advanced publishing tools.
- Payments may be processed through third-party providers.
- Unless required by law:
- payments are final;
- fees are non-refundable.
- We may modify pricing and features at any time.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree NOT to:

- upload spam or repetitive content;
- manipulate ranking systems;
- use bots or automation to abuse the platform;
- scrape data at scale;
- reverse engineer platform functionality;
- impersonate individuals or organizations.

8.1 Community Standards and Restricted Activities

8.2 Restricted Content and Activities

- manipulative or misleading commercial practices;
- so-called "infobusiness", fraudulent educational schemes, or deceptive monetization models;
- pseudoscientific or fraudulent activities, including charlatanism or exploitative practices;
- esoteric, occult, or similar activities presented as professional or educational events;
- coaching, mentoring, or training activities primarily intended for commercial self-promotion;
- multi-level marketing (MLM), network marketing, or pyramid-style schemes;
- gambling-related activities, including casino events;
- events designed primarily for children;
- illegal, suspicious, or ethically questionable activities or niches.
- Meetups Map reserves the sole right to determine whether content or activities fall into restricted categories.
8.3 Community Protection and Enforcement
Any behavior, content, or activity that negatively impacts the community, platform integrity, or user experience may result in enforcement actions, including permanent account suspension or removal from the Service.
Meetups Map reserves the right to apply moderation measures at its sole discretion, including immediate and permanent bans, without prior warning.
9. Safety Disclaimer
Users are solely responsible for:
- verifying event legitimacy;
- personal safety;
- complying with local laws.
- Meetups Map does not perform safety checks on organizers or participants.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may include links to third-party services (maps, ticketing, payment providers, etc.).
Meetups Map is not responsible for third-party actions or content.
11. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, design, and platform technology belong to Meetups Map or its licensors.
You may not copy or reuse platform materials without permission.
12. Platform Moderation and Editorial Control
To maintain quality and safety, Meetups Map reserves the unrestricted right to:
- review, edit, or reformat content;
- modify or clarify event details;
- merge, suppress, or remove listings;
- limit visibility or distribution;
- reclassify categories or tags;
- apply automated moderation systems;
- remove suspected spam or AI-generated abuse.
- These actions may occur:
- without prior notice;
- without explanation;
- without liability.
- Meetups Map is not obligated to publish or continue displaying any content.
13. Platform Integrity and Abuse Prevention
To preserve ecosystem quality, Meetups Map may:
- limit event publication frequency;
- apply visibility caps;
- detect and restrict automated or repetitive submissions;
- prevent ranking manipulation;
- reduce exposure of low-quality or suspicious content;
- restrict accounts that negatively impact platform quality.
- Actions may be manual or automated and may occur without notice.
- Meetups Map is not obligated to disclose internal integrity decisions.
14. Platform Neutrality and Independent Actions of Users
Meetups Map is a neutral technology platform.
Users acknowledge that:
- interactions occur independently between users;
- Meetups Map is not a party to agreements between users;
- event organizers act independently.
- Meetups Map is not liable for:
- organizer or participant behavior;
- cancellations or disputes;
- fraud or misconduct;
- losses or damages related to events.
- Disputes must be resolved directly between involved parties.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided:
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
We make no warranties regarding:
- uptime;
- accuracy;
- fitness for specific purposes.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meetups Map shall not be liable for:
- injuries or losses related to events;
- loss of profits or business;
- indirect or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any) during the previous 12 months.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Meetups Map harmless against claims arising from:

- your events;
- misuse of the Service;
- violations of law or third-party rights.
18. Dispute Resolution

- disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration;
- users waive participation in class-action lawsuits.
